We want you and your visitors to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we are here to help.
Returns You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to notify us that you wish to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping Costs & International Orders
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Republic of Ireland Customers: Please note that any local import VAT, customs fees, or An Post handling charges paid upon entry to Ireland are collected by Irish Revenue and are entirely non-refundable by Nest Cup Box Ltd. If an international parcel is refused by the customer due to customs fees and returned to us, any return courier fees incurred will be deducted from your final refund.
Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photograph of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
